I am not sure what exactly you are looking after but, all new hires go through a couple of trainings on our i-learn platform : Alstom University where you learn about quality and trains 101 and many other things like our Ethics charter and other charters and important things to learn about Alstom and our way of working and our Values. You only bring your skills and we help you with the rest!
