Please tell me about the training when you first joined?

My circumstance is unique because I was hired into the LEAD program fresh from college. The LEAD program is a two year-four rotation structure with the goal to explore different roles while still fulfilling business needs and accelerating professional growth. When I was hired, they knew that I had no prior knowledge of the industry, and they didn’t know what role specifically I would be placed in. Nonetheless, my onboarding experience was great. My manager and those around me were always taking into consideration the pace and magnitude of information they were teaching me to ensure I wouldn’t get overwhelmed or burnt out. In the beginning, I rotated between shadowing three experts allowing me to learn from three different points of view and teaching structures. Then, I transitioned into performing tasks myself with the experts shadowing my actions and now I confidently execute tasks independently.

How long does it take to build,also what does it feel like moving at 220mph on the train?
