Generally speaking, a willingness and ability to learn coupled with a positive attitude is the most important thing when entering this industry. It is important to believe in and live by Alstom's AIR values -- agile, inclusive, and responsible. Excellent communication and organizational skills will help in any role. Problem-solving and being able to look at a bigger picture beyond your day-to-day scope will help you excel throughout the company.
