What kind of skills do you need in order to work here?

There are so many different roles available within Alstom. No answer will encompass all positions. Generally speaking, a willingness and ability to learn coupled with a positive attitude is the most important thing. It is important to believe in Alstom's AIR values -- agile, inclusive, and responsible. Beyond that, it depends on the specific role which may require background in engineering, computer science, technician, human resources, contract management/law, etc.
