Road Foreman of Engines

There were many lessons I have learned of course, but specifically to your answer I would say I have learned the virtue of patience. It is an ongoing process with gaining knowledge in patience. I am a Road Foreman and I have approximately 40+ employees to manage. That is 40+ different personalities and 40+ different perspectives that I account for. Sometimes my employees may present me with situations when I must just sit back take a breather, and practice in patience. The overall experience has helped me recognize that I need to focus on patience in the first place, I am thankful for that in and of itself. I hope I have helped you understand.
