Jatin your question is very good and relates to another question I just answered.
But what I say to my friends who are in this situation are three things:
1. That they should seek to train themselves as much as possible through online courses. Study subjects that are new, that few people know about. Take the opportunity to organize this learning through writing;
2. Write articles on Linkedin synthesizing, summarizing and bringing the practical possibilities of this content to daily life
3. And most importantly: look for ways to work voluntarily, NGOs generally have this type of practice.
I volunteered for many years and one of those volunteer experiences where I stayed for 1 year. The activities I learned, wrote and applied at the NGO were decisive in a job interview at another company in the past.
So I strongly recommend these 3 actions because that's exactly what I did. And it worked!
