I appreciate the company's culture and values. We are One Alstom Team: an agile, inclusive and responsible culture aka our "AIR" values.

We also have employee resource groups (ERG) to promote diversity and equity which include Alstom Women of Excellence (AWE), Alstom Black Leaders & Employees (ABLE), and Alstom True Colors (ATC - our LGBTQIA+ ERG).
I can speak from experience involving AWE as I launched the local Pittsburgh Chapter. The leadership here has been very supportive of the initiative.
The Transit (specifically Communications-Based Train Control) Industry is fairly niche, and I like that the work we do here directly contributes to sustainable, smart transportation.
