Apply there. If the Talent Acquisition group or hiring manager is interested, they will contact you. Time to respond can vary greatly depending on the hiring manager, number of applicants, other priorities taking place at the site, etc. When I started 7 years ago, I heard back about a month after applying, but that was just my experience. There will typically be a virtual interview with Talent Aquisition and then a second interview with the hiring manager.
