Hi there! Are you willing to relocate? The LEAD Positions are posted on Alstom's job site. I see there are some listed in Melbourne, Florida; Rochester, New York; and Plattsburgh, New York. These are typically titled as "Rotational Leadership Program" or "Leadership Excellence and Development Program". Pittsburgh, PA is starting a LEAD program, but I do not believe there are open positions there at this time.
