Please can you walk me through Alstom's LEAD program?

Hello Amit, the LEAD program is a rotational, 2 yearlong, full time position here at Alstom. The program consists of 4 rotations, 6 months each (total of 2 years). The purpose of the program is to accelerate your career development while also exploring different parts of the business. Within each rotation you are assigned a list of goals & objectives provided to you by your rotation manager that you are expected to complete or implement. I was hired onto this program fresh from college with a degree in Biological Engineering. I have completed 2 rotations thus far (Supply Chain Planning & Customer Service) and about to head into my third at the end of the month (Manufacturing Engineering).

If possible pls let me know about salary range and visa sponsorship ...I have for years of railway signalling experience and currently pursuing master in Management information system from State University of New York at buffalo .

The biggest prerequisite is that the applicant must be enrolled in some type of engineering program.

I am enrolled in STEM program ....will it work ?
