Hello! Yes! Mobility of our employees is a goal for our HR department. Finding someone within the organization that can do the job, because they have done it in another country and bringing the talent where it is needed, is something that is done every day. Be reassured this is the case.

Yes. The company values its intellectual capital.
I personally see this happen every day, in many cases. Whether it is to do a technical and/or specific job (2 weeks), or for a mission that lasts months or years, or for an indefinite change. This applies to technical, administrative and operational work.
But remember that this depends on a series of factors, such as the challenges that another site needs to overcome at a given time, or the match of your skills in relation to what is required in another location.

I haven't relocated myself but my site in the US has lots of talented people from all over the world. I've seen Americans relocate as well, sometimes longer term or other times just to support a specific project.
