Hello, thank you for your message! After discussing with the teams internally, I would suggest you look for a role in customer service for now, as this mainly fits your experience and skills. We have some open positions from time to time, so I would definitely encourage you to check our career page periodically to see if there are roles that may interest you! From there, you will be able to get training and eventually move to other roles, such as train conductor, for instance. 😃 Hope that helps!
