Hi Davit. I am not in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition, but I will answer the best I can based on my experience. You apply to open roles on Jobs at Alstom. If the recruiter thinks you are potentially a good fit, they will reach out to you and set up a video call. Depending on how that goes, they will pass your information onto the hiring manager who would set up another interview with you, possibly video call or in person. If they want to hire you, the recruiter will follow up to make an offer.
