How is this company different from your expectations?

My expectations coming in were generally around work-life balance, making friends and career progression.
Thankfully, this company has provided all of those things and in ways that I did not expect. As an example, once I attended a LEAD conference, I made many lifelong friends and felt that I had a great group of people to lean on for anything. The exposure, training, and networking opportunities have gone beyond my expectations and helped me grow both personally and professionally.
Another area where the company has exceeded my expectations is around career progression. I've had the opportunity to work in a multitude of roles and take on assignments that I never imagined doing before, and I really appreciate that the company values employee development and invests in the growth of their employees.
Overall, I'm grateful to be part of this amazing organization and have enjoyed all the opportunities and experiences presented to me so far. It is an honor to work for a company that values the well-being of its employees and is dedicated to their growth and career development.
