Our relationship is very communicative. I have known most of my team for many years, they have watched me go through the ranks, and I have worked along side them as well, so that provides a solid foundation of mutual respect. There isn’t anything that cannot be discussed. I have built a wonderful rapport with my colleagues, I can honestly say the environment here has fostered such fantastic relationships, it is worth coming to work everyday.
