Maintaining a work-life balance often depends on the stage of the project we are working on. For example, when we are in the testing phase on-site, the days can be long and demanding. On the other hand, when we are working at the office, the days are generally shorter, which helps manage this balance better. Additionally, when we are not traveling, we have the flexibility to work remotely for up to two days a week. This flexibility in our work schedule allows me to adapt my time according to the project's needs while ensuring I have time for personal and family activities.
