Have you found it easy to maintain a work-life balance?

Yes, with planning, it has not been challenging to maintain a healthy work-life balance. I try to plan software releases staggered so everything is not coming at the end of a particular week or month. My managers have always been flexible with vacation and appointments. There are the occasional emergent peaks that need to be addressed, but they are not often, and I have a great team that helps; many hands make light work. I have never been on my own in those situations, and my life outside of work was not negatively impacted.
