Have you found it easy to maintain a work-life balance?

This is a hard question because in general Procurement / Purchasing are always very demanding professions. Sometimes there are long days and sometimes there are days that are less stressful so it balances out. I don't have small children so it is easier for me but I know many who do and they manage to have a life-work balance that is quite ok. But if the question is if my manager asks me to work longer hours or stay at the office longer than I should, the answer is no. And this applies for all the managers I know here at Alstom.
