What values do you appreciate most among your colleagues?

Some characteristics of my Alstom colleagues that I most admire are their kindness, willingness to support, and understanding. When I started at Alstom, my manager knew that there was a lot to learn but instead of just throwing it all at me at once, he sent slow and eased me into it. This attention to detail and understanding made the integration into the corporate world and a whole new chapter of my life to be as supportive and as smooth as possible. Throughout both rotations I've done I've been provided nothing but support when facing a challenge. I love that the people at Alstom create an environment that is open to answering questions, solving problems, and encouraging curiosity.
