My friend, unfortunately I can't answer this personally. Resume analysis is not part of my scope of work at the moment. But I can tell you some stories of mine, personal stories that might give you some insights.

I went through this at a time of professional transition in my career. I believed that my profile was quite suitable, but I wasn't even invited to job interviews. So I started doing some "tests" while applying for jobs: first of all, I realized that my lack of fluency in English was holding me back, and then I realized that unfortunately, at the time, my age wasn't working in my favor either. Another thing I realized is that my salary expectations were at odds with (either higher or lower) what was practiced in the geographic region and area of application.

I only actually got the job after a teacher helped me and referred me to an acquaintance. I participated in the selection process and was approved.

It is always recommended that we evaluate these 3 aspects: our skills, the market and available opportunities, as well as evaluating our network of contacts. Perhaps this third aspect is the most important when we talk about any social dynamic.

Thank you for your response. My same conclusion. It's not who you know but who you blow...

Not many people out there who like to help others. Unfortunately, that's the state of our world.
