Hybrid work has been great for me in an early career role. Being in the office regularly helps me stay on the same page with people I work with and get up to speed on new things quickly. At the same time, it's nice to not have to commute every day. I primarily work on software development so the flexibility to work from home makes it possible to focus more seriously on a difficult problem without interruptions
