During my first year in the Alstom rotational leadership development role, I have had consistently positive experiences when interacting with my colleagues and teams. Despite being new to the corporate world, I was pleased to discover a supportive and communicative culture among my colleagues. It's no surprise that when asked what their favorite part about working at Alstom is, many employees respond, "The People".
