Creating a DEI Committee and a DEI culture in my previous workplace
I am proud to have led the Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) initiatives at Alstom. Through my efforts, I have overseen the implementation of diagnostic and action plans for AWE group in Chile, aimed at promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.
I believe that diversity and inclusion are crucial to the success of any organization. By promoting diversity and inclusivity in the workplace, we foster an environment that values individual differences, promotes creativity, problem-solving, and innovation. Additionally, an inclusive workplace helps attract and retain top talent and can have a positive impact on employee well-being and satisfaction.
