LEAD Program - Manufacturing Engineer

Some commonly sought attributes for a successful material planner (in my opinion) include:
1) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2) Attention to detail
3) Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with suppliers, customers and cross-functional teams
4) Good time-management and organizational skills
5) Technical proficiency and familiarity with resource planning and material management systems / software's
6) Ability to prioritize tasks
7) In my personal opinion the most important.... continuous learning and improvement mindset / passion.
