What kind of skills do you need in order to work here?

I can say that my reality is very dynamic, and I always need to be alert for a few reasons: I provide support to several different areas, which means that I often need to understand how they all work and how challenges they face, as well as how any training will actually have an impact.

And working with such a routine requires a lot of organization on my part, communication skills and social skills, the ability to look at the business in a general/systemic way, as well as having a predisposition to learning - in order to understand how the business works in order to propose the best solution.
