Tell me about the most rewarding part of your job?

This is a very personal question that goes beyond salary issues. From my point of view, Alstom is an environment that fosters learning through its investment in continuous improvement (lean) in all domains.

And since I am a person who likes to learn and challenge myself, the environment has been very rewarding for me in this regard.
