From Managing a family business to the big Alstom
Career at Alstom:
I began my journey at Alstom as an intern in the bid department. Following a successful internship, I was recommended for Alstom's Leadership and Development Program (LEAD). This program provided me with the opportunity to work in both the Finance department and the Innovation Center. During my tenure, I led the hydrogen demonstration project in Charlevoix, which was a significant success for the region. Our efforts attracted over 34 delegations to visit and learn about the first hydrogen train in North America. Currently, I serve as the Ecosystem and Partnership Manager for the Innovation Center.
Education:
I hold a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Management, as well as a Master's degree in Innovation and Entrepreneurship.

J'ai commencé mon parcours chez Alstom en tant que stagiaire au sein du département des appels d'offres. Après un stage réussi, j'ai été recommandé pour le programme de Leadership et Développement (LEAD) d'Alstom. Led strategic partnerships at Alstom, driving innovation and growth
As an Ecosystem and Partnership Manager at Alstom, I develop and maintain strategic partnerships to drive growth and innovation within our ecosystem. I led the Coradia iLint project, achieving a 33% reduction in CO2 emissions over 4 months, and spearheaded North America's Battery Strategy, including scouting, data room management, and implementing a Power Lab.
I identify, prioritize, and pursue strategic opportunities with government bodies, universities, and public organizations. My role involves negotiating partnership agreements and contracts with Quebec and Federal governments, conducting market research to spot emerging trends, and aligning internal stakeholders with external partners across engineering, sales, and public affairs. Additionally, I identify and mitigate risks associated with partnership activities.

Creating value, Mixing innovation strategy and sales.
Working on green techonlogies, green energy make me proud. I feel usefull not only to my team but in general. I know I'm working to reduce gHG emission and that is my main motivation. We all working to decarbonize our industry and that's fantatstic.

As the Ecosystem and Partnership Manager at Alstom in Montreal, my primary focus is on creating value through strategic partnerships that drive growth and innovation. I believe that fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders is essential for the success of any organization. My role involves developing and maintaining these partnerships, identifying and pursuing new opportunities with government bodies, universities, and public organizations.
One of my significant achievements includes leading the North America Battery Strategy, which encompassed scouting new technologies, managing data rooms, and implementing a Power Lab. This initiative has been crucial in positioning Alstom at the forefront of sustainable energy solutions.
This involves conducting thorough market research to identify emerging trends and potential opportunities, ensuring that Alstom remains competitive in the industry.
Effective communication is also a key part of my role. I work closely with internal stakeholders across various departments, including engineering, sales, and public affairs, to align our activities and goals. Furthermore, I proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with partnership agreements, ensuring that all collaborations are beneficial and sustainable in the long term.
In every endeavor, my goal is to create value and drive meaningful progress for Alstom and its partners.
I ran the iLint demonstration wich result by reducing 33% of GHG emiss
I had the chance to work on a couple of project that made an impact on the climate change but not only. For example, my biggest achievevment was the launch of the first H2 train in North America. It allows to not only demonstrate a new technology but create a link between territories and people during that demonstration.
We reduced by 33 % the GHG emissions that year in a region that is protected by Unesco.
